Give your salads and sandwiches a sweet and savory touch with this honey mustard lime vinaigrette dressing. It is a smooth, bright, and delicious dressing that only needs a few ingredients to be whipped up! Try it once, and you’ll thank me later.

This honey mustard lime vinaigrette dressing perfectly blends the citruses of lemon juice and olive oil with the sugariness of honey and mustard.
And to jazz things up a bit, garlic powder is the secret ingredient you can’t miss out on!
The uses of it are unlimited- glaze it over the meat, marinate the veggies, spread it on the bread, or drizzle it on the salads. No-holds-barred!
Although, unlike other sugar-free salad dressings like teriyaki salad dressing, this one does include white sugar, but you can only rely on honey as a healthy alternative.
Plus, it comes together insanely quickly, and can be stored for a long time!

Tools You’ll Need
- Glass bowl: To mix in all the ingredients.
- Whisk: You can use a teaspoon as well but there is a chance that your dressing might get lumpy while mixing.
Ingredients in This Honey Mustard Lime Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe
Olive Oil: Make sure to get quality olive oil for the utmost flavor. Plus, it is also high in antioxidants.
Honey: Honey is my favorite! It has a fruity and nutty sweetness that adds wonders to the salad dressing.
Dijon Mustard: It has a sharp taste that counteracts the sweetness of honey. And, it also gives the vinaigrette its signature yellow color, along with its many health benefits.
Lemon Juice: It’s the sourness of lemon juice that gives this sauce a unique identity, and also a splash of vitamin C.
Garlic Powder: It elevates the flavor profile with its aroma and savoriness.
White Sugar Powder: It is optional as you can simply add more honey to the mix to balance out the sweetness.
Water: For consistency, and blending all the ingredients properly.
