- Add milk to a pot. Set the flame to medium, and boil. Stir it so that milk doesn’t burn at the bottom.
- Once it starts rising and foaming on the top, pour in the lemon juice. It will immediately start curdling.
- When the milk has curdled completely, quickly strain it, and let it cool down.
