Ingredients In This Cottage Cheese And Pasta Sauce Recipe

Cottage Cheese: It is the knight in shining armor of this sauce. Along with making the sauce more substantial, cottage cheese is also full of body-loving nutrients.

Butter: The butter provides a lustrous shine to the sauce.

Milk: Milk does the job of thinking up the sauce and giving its signature white hue.

Mozzarella Cheese: Shredded mozzarella cheese melts in a spectacular way and adds a bit of oomph to the overall flavor.

Garlic: Garlic is a must especially when making pasta sauces as it elevates the flavor profile to a whole new level.

Onion: Onion along with garlic lends an aromatic base to the sauce.

Oregano: Infuse some herbal goodness with oregano.

Red Chili Flakes: A few sprinkles of red chili flakes balance the subtle sweetness from milk and cottage and give a spicy touch to the sauce.

Spaghetti: This is my preferred choice of pasta, but you can go for other variations like fettuccine, linguine, or penne.
