This white balsamic vinaigrette is the perfect way to add some tangy tough to your salads within mere minutes! It only requires a few ingredients, and the result is a vibrant, sweet, and savory dressing that will tantalize your taste buds.
When it comes to salad dressings, I don’t like the store-bought stuff, that’s why I make my own vinaigrettes.
If you’ve seen my apple vinaigrette, honey mustard lime vinaigrette, or sweet corn vinaigrette, you probably know that I’m a sucker for this condiment.
And what better way to carry on the tradition than with this white balsamic vinaigrette?
Unlike the classic, this version doesn’t turn your salads brown, and lets the natural colors of the medley shine through!
Plus, you only need a couple of minutes and just 5 ingredients to bring it to fruition.
Simply amazing!

Ingredients In This White Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe
White Balsamic Vinegar: This one is a lighter and milder alternative to the classic balsamic vinegar. It is almost transparent and works superbly in brightening up salads.
Honey: Honey has an earthy tone to its flavor profile, and balances the tartness of vinegar with its natural sweetness.
Italian Seasoning: It brings the flavor of the vinaigrette to a whole new different level. You can also go for oregano.
Garlic: Just like Italian seasoning, garlic elevates the flavor with its aromatic essence. I prefer using fresh minced garlic, but garlic powder works well too.
Salt & pepper
How To Make White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Whisk all the ingredients together:
In a mixing bowl, add white balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper powder, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning, and whisk them together.
Final adjustments:
Finally, adjust the salt and the sweetness, and your white balsamic vinaigrette is ready to be drizzled over salads, meat, and roasted veggies.
Tips & Variations
Thin it out: If you think that the vinaigrette is too thick, and want to thin it out, pour 1-2 teaspoons of water into the dressing to get the desired consistency.
Ingredient alternatives: Swap fresh garlic with garlic powder, honey with maple syrup, and Italian seasoning with oregano.
Serving Options
Salads: This is a common way to use this balsamic vinaigrette to enhance the flavor and add some acidity to the mixed greens like golden girl salad, or corn peas salad.
Marination: This condiment can also be used to marinate meat, poultry, and seafood. It makes the meat even more juicier and lends more flavor.
Toss with veggies: You can also toss it with veggies like green beans, and pour it in while making cabbage carrot stir-fry.
How To Store
This vinaigrette with white balsamic vinegar can be easily prepared ahead and used throughout the week with no problem.
In the fridge: Transfer the dressing to an air-tight container or mason jar, and place it in the fridge. It can last for up to a week.
In the freezer: Don’t freeze the vinaigrette as it can alter the texture and flavor, resulting in spoilage of the dressing.
Simply take the vinaigrette out of the fridge and pour it over it your favorite salads.
