Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 Lemon squeezed
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder a pinch
  • Milk/Water optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, soy sauce, parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder.
  • Whisk them properly till you get the desired consistency and texture. Add some milk if you think the sauce is too thick.
  • Your Caesar salad dressing recipe without anchovies is ready to be served.

Notes

  • Make it keto-friendly: You can simply make the sauce keto by not using milk as a thinning agent. Pour in some water instead if the dressing is too thick, and get the density on point.
  • Swap out soy sauce with capers: Skip adding soy sauce altogether to get rid of the excess salt. Instead, you can use capers, they work as an astounding alternative to anchovies as well since we are making a recipe for Caesar salad dressing without anchovies. I couldn't find capers anywhere, plus, adding soy sauce is much more convenient. Blend the sauce properly after adding capers to it.

How to store:
You can store it in the fridge for 3-4 days without getting spoiled by placing it in an air-tight container.
Don't freeze the dressing as it alters the texture and ruins the taste.
