- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Refined flour
- 400 ml Milk
- Black pepper powder (a pinch)
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 1 cup Sour cream
- Salt to taste
Heat butter in a skillet. Add minced garlic, and cook them till they get brown.
Add refined flour. Saute' till it binds together.
Now pour milk in 3 batches. Continuously whisk them till there are no lumps.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and oregano. Stir well.
Cook and stir regularly till the sauce thickens.
Turn off the gas, and whisk in the sour cream.
Your pasta sauce with sour cream is ready to serve.

- Instead of sour cream, you can use Greek yogurt. It is a great alternative and has a similar taste.
- To make it more spicy, sprinkle some red chili flakes in the mix.

How to store:
It can be easily stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days, by placing it in an air-tight container.
Don't put it in a freezer as the sauce might split after thawing.
