This Maggi white sauce pasta is the perfect blend of white sauce pasta and Maggi noodles! It’s filled with the creaminess of a white sauce and the tanginess of Maggi masala. Who knew it would make such a sublime combination?!

I recently discovered this white sauce maggi recipe while gliding through reels on Instagram for a couple of hours, and I thought I should give it a try.

And it turned out to be amazing even on my first try!

This is a unique take on the OG white sauce pasta and it can also be done on red sauce pasta or pink sauce pasta, as they are quite customizable than other pasta recipes.

The best of both worlds!

What is Maggi White Sauce Pasta?

It is simply as its name suggests, adding Maggi noodles and Maggi masala in the white sauce rather than other kinds of pasta such as penne, macaroni, etc.

Also known as Maggi cheese pasta, it has gained a recent upsurge in the trend, and it is the outcome of experimenting, and merging different ingredients. In this case, it is a marriage of two different recipes.

Utensils You’ll Need

  • Deep Frying Pan: To cook the pasta.
  • Strainer: To strain the noodles after boiling them in water.
  • Big Tablespoon or Ladle: To saute and stir.

Ingredients Required for White Sauce Pasta Maggi

Maggi instant noodles: They are easily available in any shop. The masala proffers a great pungency to the pasta, and the texture of boiled noodles feels good in your mouth. You can choose any instant noodles of your choice.

Butter: White sauce requires a decent amount of butter. It enhances the flavor as well as makes the sauce silky smooth.

Milk: Milk is a nutrient-rich beverage full of calcium, vitamin D, and potassium, and is also the reason for the creaminess and richness of the Maggi white sauce pasta.

Refined flour: Refined flour provides the base for the sauce and it is also responsible for binding the gravy together.

Cheese: Cheese also helps to thicken the gravy, and it also amps up the taste. I used mozzarella but the choice of cheese is in your hands.

Oregano: It gives the sauce an aromatic goodness, as well as it, is full of essential nutrients like vitamins A, K, and C.
