Boil water in a pan, and add salt and oil. Add Maggi noodles and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame till al dante.
Strain the water out, then sprinkle a pinch of black pepper, and oil on the noodles. Keep it aside for further use.
Melt butter in the same pan, add refined flour, and stir well.
Now add milk in 3 batches, and whisk it properly till no lumps are there.
Sprinkle some black pepper, oregano, and stir.
Add grated processed cheese, and again stir till the cheese completely melts.
Then add the Maggi masala, and stir till there are no lumps.
Finally, add the noodles to the sauce and mix them well.
