Maggi White Sauce Pasta (Maggi Cheese Pasta)

This Maggi white sauce pasta is the perfect blend of white sauce pasta and Maggi noodles! It's filled with the creaminess of a white sauce and the tanginess of Maggi masala. Who knew it would make such a sublime combination?!

Ingredients
  

For White sauce:

  • 15 gms Butter
  • 2 tbsp Refined flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 25 gms Processed cheese (grated)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper (a pinch)

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a pan, and add salt and oil. Add Maggi noodles and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame till al dante.
  • Strain the water out, then sprinkle a pinch of black pepper, and oil on the noodles. Keep it aside for further use.
  • Melt butter in the same pan, add refined flour, and stir well.
  • Now add milk in 3 batches, and whisk it properly till no lumps are there.
  • Sprinkle some black pepper, oregano, and stir.
  • Add grated processed cheese, and again stir till the cheese completely melts.
  • Then add the Maggi masala, and stir till there are no lumps.
  • Finally, add the noodles to the sauce and mix them well.

Notes

  • Instead of using Maggi noodles, you can choose any kind of instant noodles.
  • Add some sweet corn to it to make it more fibrous.
  • Add some sauteed vegetables or cooked protein to add some nutritious content.
 
How to store:
Place the white sauce in the refrigerator and make the pasta fresh. The sauce can be stored for about a couple of days in the fridge.
Cook the noodles and add the masala separately.
