Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 Cheese slices
  • 50 gms Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Take a plate, and place greater in a standing manner. Stick the cheese to the grater and push it down, and set the shredded cheese aside.
  • Brush some mayonnaise on either side of the bread and place that side on the griddle. Keep the heat on low-medium.
  • Place the cheese slices, the shredded cheddar, and mozzarella cheese on the upside face of the bread.
  • Sprinkle some salt and black pepper.
  • Apply mayonnaise on the other slice of bread, and place the opposite side on the cheese.
  • Once the sandwich has cooked from the earlier side, turn it around, and cook the other side.
  • Cut the sandwich diagonally and your Veg cheese grilled sandwich is ready to serve.

Notes

  • Instead of using mayonnaise for grilling the sandwich, you can choose the butter.
  • Do the stuffing first for the sandwich before placing it on the griddle, if you think the bread is going to burn if you do it my way.
  • Salt is optional and you can skip adding more because cheese has enough salt in it.
  • Do not buy pre-grated cheese, because they do not stick and melt properly. Instead, buy the block of cheese, then grate it.
