Take a pot, switch on the flame to high, and boil water in it. Then add the Maggi noodles, and save its masala for later.
Once they are cooked till Al dente, strain the water, run cold water on the noodles, and drizzle some oil so they do not stick together. Keep them aside for later.
Heat oil in a skillet, add onion and garlic and saute them on high flame till they get translucent.
Add oregano and chili flakes and saute them for 30 seconds on high flame.
Lower the flame, pour tomato ketchup on the mixture, and give it a nice mix.
Now add the Maggi masala and give it a proper mix. Add a splash of water to avoid burning the masala.
Take the cooked noodles, and add them to the masala mixture. Mix well.
Your fried Maggi is ready to be served.
