- Ice
- 3 nos Lemon
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Salt
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- Mint leaves
- Water
Take a glass, and fill it with ice.
Squeeze lemon juice into it, and add sugar, a pinch of white salt, and black salt.
Furthermore, add coriander powder, black pepper powder, and roasted cumin powder. Give it a nice mix.
Roughly crush some mint leaves, and add them to the glass.
Finally, brim the glass with water, and enjoy your lemonade masala.
- Pour soda instead of water to fizz up the drink, and make it into a lemon soda masala.
- Roll the lemons with your hands to make them soft, so that the juice is easily squeezed out.
- Instead of going for white sugar, you have healthier options like brown sugar or honey.
- There will be no need for ice if you just use chilled water or soda.
- Keep the mint leaves soaked in water to maintain their cool and freshness.
How to store:
You can store the lemonade in the refrigerator for a day max. After that, it's gonna get bitter.
But the best way is to make it fresh and drink it on the spot. Nothing beats that feeling!
