- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- 3-4 tbsp Tomato Ketup
- 2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
- 1½ tsp Oregano
Take a mixing bowl, and add mayonnaise, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and oregano.
Mix them properly using a whisk, and your dipping sauce for tater tots is ready to be served.
- Thin it out: If the consistency is not to your liking, and want to thin it out a bit, just add a couple of teaspoons of water.
- Use red chili flakes: Don't have red chili sauce? No worries, simply add red chili flakes. This way you'll know exactly how much spicy you want your sauce to be.
- Mix it up: There is no rule set in stone here. Mix things up by adding Dijon mustard, sriracha, tobacco, and so on to keep things new and interesting.
How to store:
In the fridge: Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and then you can store the sauce for 7-10 days in the refrigerator.
In the freezer: You can store the sauce in the freezer as well for up to 3 months. Just thaw it overnight in the fridge to get the consistency back.
