- 1 Pre-made or Homemade Pizza Base whole-wheat
- 2 tbsp Chimichurri Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella shredded
- 3 Cherry Tomatoes chopped or halved
- ½ medium Onion chopped or diced
- ½ medium Capsicum chopped or diced
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) for 45 minutes.
Take the pizza base, and evenly spread the butter on top to keep it moist.
Slather the chimichurri pizza sauce on the base, again evenly. Layer the base with mozzarella, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, salt, and pepper, and again with the mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
