How to store:
Before storing the pizza, slice it up for easier as well as longer preservation.
In the fridge: After cooling down the pizza at room temperature, wrap the slices tightly with plastic wraps or place them in an air-tight container. You can store the pizza in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
In the freezer: Properly wrap the slices first, then place them in a freezer-safe bag, and it can last for a couple of months in the freezer.
Reheating: Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes, then place the pizza on a baking sheet and reheat it for 15 minutes for crispy sides.
You can also microwave the pizza for 1 minute if you're in a hurry, but the crust will remain soggy.
